Beautiful comfortable and enjoyable stay. Positive: Beautifully renovated and comfortable apartment. The host is very responsive and responsible. Toilets/bathrooms are spacious and nicely build, unlike many other in Paris. Beds are very comfortable. Very clean. Close to tram station, good location, many good quality restaurants are near by. Negative: Nothing particular. The apartment is in 4 th floor, without a lift, but it was not a problem for us, we did not need to go up and down several times in a day!

Positive: Très bon emplacement Appartement propre Negative: La cuisine manquait d'équipements (égouttoir par exemple) Odeurs d'égouts à l'étage dues à un tuyau pour machine à laver non bouché Difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres à cause des odeurs de nourriture dès le matin du restaurant voisin
