Great small place Positive: Location next to Arc de triomphe, good AC, safety

Positive: We really appreciated the great location on Rue Washington, the straightforward entry instructions, the well-equipped studio, and the air conditioning. Negative: Even though we asked if they could at least empty the rubbish during the week, they said that service is only done at the start and end of the stay. Also, the sofa bed’s mattress was so noisy that every tiny movement made it creak loudly. And since it was on the ground floor right by the entrance, we could hear every person coming and going, plus the window looked out onto a restaurant’s trash area, which wasn’t ideal

Positive: Отличное расположение для прихотливых путешественников Negative: Возможно со временем раскладывающийся диван поменять на диван-книжка (sofa-book, euro-book or click-clack)

It was a very pleasant stay :) Positive: The location was perfect, we were literally staying on champs elysees! We went to Eiffel Tower in 20 mins by walking. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. Thanks a lot. Negative: The room was small, but when you are in paris you never spend time indoor:)
