Acogedor apartamento de 3 habitaciones para 6 personas en el corazón del Marais

Positive: Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area. Every bedroom has its own shower and toilet, one is combined and bigger, the other one saparaited and smaller. The appartment was clean and had everything we needed - bedding, towels, basic kitchen stuff, washing machine. Exalent location, metro line 1 within 30 m, taxi and bus as well. A lot of bakeries, cafes, restorants, supermarkets, shops near by. A lot of main touristic atractions can be done even by foot, 10-20 min walk. Easy check in and check out whith code to key-box. We were family of 5 (2 adults + 3 children) and had a pleasant stay Negative: No view out ot the windows, just next building wall, so its kind of dark. Not enough lightning in the rooms as well. Kitchen : small frig, no oven .

Ottima posizione Positive: Posizione ottima, centrale e a pochi passi dalla metro, in una zona molto bella. Appartamento spazioso e attrezzato con tutto quello che serve. Proprietari disponibili.

Sandblasters at 6am Positive: The location in the Marais is great. The flat is nice. Negative: The noise from the works across the road is unbearable. These aren't just works, these guys are using sandblasters. The noise is deafening. If works had started at 8am, then maybe you could live with them but they started at 6am both days they were on. And there's nowhere to hide from them. Spent the whole time tired. The Wi-Fi barely worked at all while we were there, but I imagine that's just a temporary thing. Given the extent of the noise, in my opinion the flat should only be let at greatly reduced rates until the works are completed and the owners should just be up front with folks about it before they book.

Positivo nella sua totalità ma non ci tornerei Positive: Arredamento Negative: Scarsa pulizia, ingresso fatiscente e maleodorante dell’edificio - eccessivo rumore causato dai lavori ed odori nel giro scale
