Zu zweit ist es eine schöne Wohnung. Positive: Die Wohnung ist über den Dächern von Paris und schön hell und auch interessant eingerichtet. Durch die Treppe hatten wir unser tägliches workout bereits nach dem Gang zum Bäcker erfüllt. Negative: Die Schlafcouch ist durchgelegen, so das nicht mehr als zwei Personen hier schlafen konnten. Zu dritt ist es auch ziemlich eng. Die Treppe eine alte Holztreppe mit Teppich ist mit Koffern eine Herausforderung und nur für wirklich fitte Menschen geeignet.

Positive: Overall, I liked the apartment, its location, and its design. Everything looked just like in the pictures. The owner gave very clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. The apartment is located in a historic building that exuded the atmosphere of Paris and its history. Negative: Upon arrival, we were met with a very unpleasant surprise — there were no towels, no bed linens, no toilet paper, no soap, no tea, nothing in the apartment. It’s worth noting that the issue was resolved within a couple of hours. Still, it was very uncomfortable. After a long trip, we couldn’t even wash our hands or take a shower. Another very unpleasant issue was that the sofa in the living room didn’t work properly. It would unfold, but couldn’t be fixed in place. We had to put pillows and blankets underneath to make it somewhat possible to sleep on.

Muy buena calidad/ precio y ubicación Positive: Apartamento pequeño pero muy bien aprovechado. La cama de la habitación super cómoda. La ropa de cama y las toallas de mucha calidad. Muy limpio. Menaje suficiente. Cafetera Nespresso. La ducha muy bien. La ubicación muy buena. Una zona muy segura y a 1 minuto andando hay un carrefour express y una panadería. La linea 13 de metro a 10 minutos andando. El contacto con la empresa que lo gestiona muy bien. Enviaba mensajes y me respondieron enseguida. Negative: El sofá cama un poco incómodo. Aunque está en un sexto sin ascensor, para nosotros no fue un problema. Merece la pena.

Positive: We enjoyed the tiny and well decored flat. It was like having an Emily in Paris experience. Negative: The cleanliness could be improved, as there was dust in some parts of the flat and the fridge was not working properly at the beginning
