Great location, but lacking important amenities. Positive: The apartment was perfect size for 2 families of 4, it was very comfy and chic. The location was also perfect. Very close to Louvre, Notre Dame, Pont Neuf, shopping, food, and walks along the Seine. Negative: The internet connection was terrible, it did not support 8 people using wifi. Very difficult to connect and stay on the internet. Also, the water in the showers was scalding hot, it was impossible to regulate the temperature of the showers, therefore making it very difficult to shower. We had to use the sinks in the bathrooms to bathe because we could not regulate the scalding hot temperature of the water in the shower. The kitchen was perfect size, they had a microwave, an espresso machine and kettle for hot water, plates and cutlery- we were able to eat baguettes and cheese and meats, however- it was impossible to use the oven, no trays or racks for the oven. So, while they say full functioning kitchen, you can't use the oven.

It was a wonderful stay and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Positive: Great location close by the Louvre and Notre Dame. Negative: It may be too busy if you prefer a quieter neighborhood. However, we wanted close proximity to restaurants, cafes and the sites.

Too expensive for such poor quality, dit not match the rate on Booking Positive: Well located Negative: Several things: 1) not very clean 2) the AC did not work properly 3) one of the two showers had a problem, the water came out too hot 4) could turn off the headroom light in one room, had to turn off in the main electrical panel 5) one curtain felt down 6) did not have the support to solve the issues

Positive: Location was great. Though it is on a major street so be ready for a bit of noise with sirens and such. Beautiful apartment. If you have young children it may be challenging to sleep due to the window coverings being sheer. In the summer months the days are long and the sun will be streaming in early (5:30am until late 10pm). We had some issues with the A/C not working well so it got hot at night. You could open windows, but my husband is a mosquito magnet so not a great option for us. I’m not sure if the A/C can keep up with the heat or not…we were on the go so much we never said anything to the owners until we left. I would check other reviews. Overall a wonderful spot and lovely apartment.
