Positive: Tout était parfait près de tout métro épicerie boulangerie. mr beef au Rez de chaussée vraiment bon on a eu un petit problème d’avoir oublié la clé le samedi soir à 8h j’ai envoyé un message au locateur réponse après quelques secondes un employé est venu en moins de trente minute débaré la porte quel service et il était presque gêné de me dire qu’il y allait avoir des frais. Aucun problème c’était vraiment de notre faute. Quel service prochain séjour à Paris même endroit c’est sur !!!!!

Positive: Mieszkanie przestronne i jasne. Ładnie urządzone. Dwie łazienki z prysznicem i oddzielna toaleta. W jednej z sypialni bardzo duze i wygodne łozko podwójne, w drugiej mniejsze. Deska do prasowanie, żelazko i suszarka. Blisko duży Auchan i mniejsze sklepy spożywcze. Do metra około 10 minut. Negative: Brak widelcy. Do pokonania 5 pięter po krętych schodach.

Disappointing and not worth the money Negative: We had a very disappointing experience at this property. Upon check-in, we discovered it had not been cleaned after the previous guests: there were garbage bags full of trash left inside, dirty towels in the bathrooms and used bedsheets in the bedrooms, and crumbs all over the couch and chairs. While the cleaning staff arrived quickly after we had called the property manager and did a good job, this does not change the fact that we couldn’t even take a shower before rushing to an important business meeting and couldn't use the apartment during the time we had already paid for. I'm uploading photos of the state of the property upon our arrival. We politely requested some form of compensation (we would've been happy even something as minor as a later check-out), but the property manager completely ignored our messages and never replied, which feels extremely rude and unprofessional. Another frustration is that the host only discloses after booking that there is no elevator in the building. We were forced to climb to the 5th floor via a dark, dirty, and extremely smelly staircase, which was an awful experience on its own. Although the apartment itself is acceptable once properly cleaned, it is absolutely not worth over 300 EUR per night we had paid. Between the lack of transparency, poor communication, and the initial state of the property, I cannot recommend this rental.

Schöner Spot in Paris Positive: Schöne Wohnung mit klassischen Dielen und Stuckelementen. Gute Lage um Paris auch zu Fuß zu erkunden. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars/Restaurants vorhanden. Guter und leichter Self-CheckIn.
