Increíble apartamento de 4 habitaciones en los Campos Elíseos

I’d rather not to say more😩 Positive: Very close to the Champs Elysees which is wonderful Negative: If You booked the same apartment as mine you will have to use the elevator to reach the fifth floor floor then you can move to the sixth floor on feet which is difficult after a long journey or having so many luggages to cary up the stairs. We found some windows were opened and so many flyers and insects inside the apartment and you have to fight them ( phobia 😩) The kettle in the kitchen is rusty and if you drink tea you will enjoy the taste of nature.🤓 The shower in the main bathroom is leaking water and the stand holding it neet to be tightened🛀. I tried to get contact with both (( booking and the developer)) but in vain after so many high cost of calling them. I asked them to change lthe unit even to a smaller one but they said we don’t have more units. You can not imagine how we deal with the apartment condition.. if we open the windows to breathe a cold air ( we get attacked of flyers and insects ) if we close them then we suffer of hot weather with humidity🥵 I would like to request compensation due to the accommodation not matching the description provided on Booking.com.
