Lujo - 1 dormitorio - Louvre/Saint Honoré/Palais Royal

Excepcional Positive: La ubicación perfecta, a 2 minutos de una estación de metro y del museo del Louvre. Tiene alrededor hostelería para desayunar y comer deliciosos croissant. También algún pequeño supermercado para comprar algo para preparar en el apartamento. El anfitrión dejó preparado algo de agua, café y chocolatinas para nuestra llegada. Negative: No ha habido nada que no nos gustara o que faltase, estuvimos 5 días pero perfectamente equipado para estancias más largas sin hechar nada en falta ( tendedero, plancha, lavadora).

Outstanding position in 1st Arrondisement Positive: Location of the Apartment is A1. It is the perfect location to key sites, gardens, restaurants and cafes. Its location in the 1st is perfect with young children as so many of the key sites are within 15 mins walk, and there are so many cafes, restaurants and key clothing brands within 10 mins. The bed is very comfortable, along with the Sofa couch which is a good size and accommodated our 12YO and 10YO. The kitchen is very well equipped but note there is no dishwasher. There is a washing machine and good sized clothes rack to hang washing. Both TVs are large. The fit out is new and very stylish, and view onto street is gorgeous. Note: it is on the 3rd floor and lift is very small, so may not be suitable for older or disabled people. The Apartment is not grand but perfect for a Couple or Couple with small children/teen. Three excellent Restaurants and Cafe we highly recommend less than 5 mins walk: Au Pied de Cochon - Restaurant, many French people and excellent food Le Petit St Honore - Restaurant, excellent food, especially meat Cafe Courtial - Cafe specialising in savoury and sweet Crepes, batter is made on site (unlike majority of Creperies) Big Shot Coffee - Cafe with best coffee in area, a passionate Barista Negative: Previous tenants had been smoking in the Apartment, even though it is Non Smoking. I suggested to the Agent to include two signs in the bedroom and living room, and to have a good quality French diffuser for a welcoming scent ie: Diptyque or Cire Trvdon whose shops are located in Rue St Honore. We advised the Agent the air-conditioning unit requires servicing as the air conditioning in the lounge room is making a loud noise and was not working when we arrived - we got it working but the noise needs to be fixed.

ロケーション最高！ Positive: ロケーションが良かった。ルーブル美術館やオペラ、シテ島、マレ地区全て徒歩圏内でした。 エレベーターがあること。 とても清潔でした。 Negative: リビングルームのエアコンが効かなかった。 冷蔵庫の扉が閉まりにくい。

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment just a short walk from the Louvre, right on Rue Saint-Honoré. I stayed with my aunt and cousin, and it was the perfect base for our time in Paris. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the hosts stayed in touch throughout. We didn’t need any assistance, but it was clear they were attentive and helpful if anything had come up. Highly recommend!
