Positive: Acogedor, baño, calefacción, limpieza. Negative: Zonas comunes edificio en mal estado y sucio. Colchón de sofá cama en mal estado y con manchas, ha que cambiarlo.

Comfortable beds, very clean, location was convenient. Positive: Location was good, very convenient, closed to M7, M10 [5 min by walking from the property ,which we found out later when we checked the map]. M7,& M10 could take us to most of the places we planned to go. Also, there were many local restaurants, grocery stores, bakery nearby. The kitchen were fully equipped with plates, cups, forks, knives, coffee maker. The host was very responsive and helpful. The host let us check in earlier, since our flight arrived early in the morning. WE were allowed to drop our luggages earlier. Negative: It would be helpful, if there are English instructions for home appliances, especially wash machines or oven.

Wouldn’t recommend. Positive: The apartment is small but very clean, with everything you need to spend a few days there. Location is nice. Negative: The stairs are dirty and unpleasant, definitely not recommended for a person with a problem of mobility. The sheets were clean, but mattresses, mattress covers, duvets and all the decorative elements were stained or dirty and honestly I would not recommend this apartment. There’s no table and for 2 people it's ok, but in 4 I wouldn't want to spend more than 2 hours there: it's really small. Honestly, we paid little, but still too much (I don't ask for much, but hygiene - especially with the reputation of Paris - should be taken care of a little more).

Positive: Konum mükemmel. İletişim yeterli. Negative: Keşke asansör olsaydı. Ama eski bir paris apartmanında kalmak güzel bir tecrübeydi.
