Positive: Quiet neighborhood near from the station. Clean place. Chocolates:) Negative: We had no connection for three days. The owner finally solved the problem the last day of our trip. Light went out for some time but looking at the panel we fix it back.

Positive: L'emplacement. La literie. Negative: Vétusté des équipements, canapé très inconfortable, chauffage défaillant, heureusement les propriétaires ont prêté un chauffage de dépannage, peu de rangements. Vu la petite taille de l'évier, un lave vaisselle eût été préférable au lave linge en place.

We are glad that we visited Paris and stayed in this apartment for several days. Positive: I was initially put off by the front door, which leads directly into the apartment, but everything turned out to be very convenient: there's a table, plenty of dishes, a sofa, and a bed. It's also convenient with children. There's a good grocery store nearby and a couple of metro stations, with line 11 going right into the center of Paris. Negative: I didn't find any difficulties or inconveniences, except for the washing machine, if you need to wash something urgently - it doesn't spin.

Nice quiet apprtment; good value for money. Positive: Nice value for money. Nice appartment on a quiet location. Facilities are okay with enough cutlery, coffeemachine (with some cups), pans, waste bin, enough towels. Beds were okay for us. Shower was nice. Enough shops (bakery, supermarkt, fast food) in the surroundings and about 5-10 minutes from metro. To Eiffel tower it is about 40-45 minutes all together. The communication with the owners is really good. You get really clear instructions. Negative: When 3-4 persons have to shower after each other there is not always warm water. There is no room for a dining table.
