Positive: Dans le cadre d'une formation à 15mikutes à pied de l'appartement, j'ai bcp apprécié ce logement, propre, fonctionnel et une literie de très bonne qualité. Merci

Ok when there is no other choice. Positive: Location and access is good. Negative: Bathroom needs to be refreshed. Only one wine glass and it was broken. Elevator cannot go to 4th floor. Main building door handle broken.

Bathroom and lift made my stay worse. Living room and kitchen were good. Positive: Living room was pleasant with good colour and drawings . Kitchen items were good. Negative: Bathroom is a big minus. No holder for shower handle, there is one at the top edge, if we keep the shower handle in that the water goes on top of the glasses and goes out. No holder to keep soap , shampoo while taking bath . Water anyways goes out from bathing place. No holder for tissue paper in toilet. Hot water stopped for sometime and needed take bath in cold water. Another big issue is lift in the apartment . 4th floor the lift couldn’t be closed from inside ., someone has to close from outside . If not closed properly by someone lift stops at 4th floor and if we are in ground floor we need to walk up the stairs. Also the lights in the stairs they are automated and the turn off time is very less , it gets off when we are in the middle of the steps, at night times it was very difficult with the automatic lights.

Point de chute fort agréable Positive: Très bien situé au cœur du 15e arrdt, ce studio bénéficie d'une pièce à vivre agréable, fonctionnelle et bien équipé. La literie est excellente ce qui est très important. Petit bonus avec le petit plateau de disettes de café et de sucreries. Negative: Franchement la salle de bain aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement notamment la douche.

Positive: Very close to the main attractions — all within walking distance. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the apartment was equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Negative: The bathroom really needs a complete renovation — it looks quite run-down. The coffee machine didn’t work properly, and the bathroom radiator is very old and seems unsafe.
