In gruppetto è perfetto Positive: La struttura è accogliente e adatta per un gruppo di 4-5 persone. Il quartiere è carino da vistare passeggiando e comodo per raggiungere altre attrazioni in metro.

Vacanza a Parigi Positive: Appartamento carino, spazioso, ben sfruttato e adeguatamente attrezzato anche per un soggiorno lungo. Posizione strategica, molto tranquilla, vicino a 3 diverse stazioni della metro. Ottima la comunicazione dei gestori. Negative: In inverno il riscaldamento della stanza principale è affidato a un piccolo radiatore elettrico che fatica a scaldare la stanza, ma nessun problema per camera e bagno. Pulizia in generale molto buona, ma peccato per alcuni dettagli.

Positive: Muy buena localización, cerca de las estaciones de tranvia. Tiene cocina y tienen el detalle de dejarte cafes y chocolatinas. Hemos estado muy bien. Negative: Hay telarañas en el alojamiento en algunas habitaciones y el techo de la ducha hay una especie de moho/ suciedad.

Comodo e pulito, un giusto compromesso per una breve gita parigina Positive: Ambiente pulito e spazioso. Bello il letto in veranda. Molto vicino alla fermata della metropolitana Negative: Bagno cieco, senza aspirazione (molta umidita' dopo la doccia) Mancanza oscuranti che permettevano di avere piu' buio nelle stanze.

Positive: The biggest advantage of the apartment is the location, on a green Parisian boulevard, with plenty of shops in the area and a lovely boulangerie just opposite the street. It’s literally next to a metro station. It’s spacious and well equipped. Negative: The black mould in the bathroom was unacceptable, it was covering most of the grouting between the tiles and it was so thick it was coming down the tiles when taking a shower. The apartment generally needs better cleaning - for example all the fans had deep layer of dust on them. The apartment has no ventilation at all, it was hot and stuffy during the 20 -degree Celsius weather, and we had to keep the front door open to let some air in.
