Odor and cleanliness - NOT recommended Positive: The neighborhood is quiet, 2 mins walk to Carrefour. Negative: There was a very strong body odor when we checked in, and it lasted for 3 days, even though we opened the windows and doors for as long as we could. We are concerned about the cleanliness of the apartment. My parent lived in the outside bedroom, which is the one without the shower; she found the bites of bedbugs on her neck and arm on the second day. Layout was weird - two toilets without venting were right opposite the kitchen. People were embarrassed when they used the toilets while someone was cooking.

Positive: Very clean, modern, and stylish. Bright and inviting. Very happy about binder with house rules and other things included. GREAT location, too! Lots of places within walking distance. Negative: Could not regulate temperature in one of the showers. Just scalding hot. Leak underneath kitchen sink when faucet was used. Odd that both toilets were closets in the kitchen and not in actual bathrooms.

Great for travel with Kids Positive: Location is great, close to real life Paris with great local restaurants nearby. Apartment good for family with kids specially with small ones.

Un'ottima struttura, ben posizionata, per vacanze di famiglia a Parigi. Positive: La struttura è ampia, anche se male organizzata in planimetria. Di fatto, dispone di 4 mezzi bagni: c'è un bagno nella camera da letto principale, ed uno nel corridoio a disposizione degli altri ospiti. Però nessuno di questi bagni, dotati di lavabo e doccia, dispone di un wc, che sono 2 ed allocati in 2 piccoli vani subito nell'ingresso (all'estremo opposto dell'appartamento rispetto al bagno comune). È un'organizzazione che non consente un uso completo e comodo dei servizi igienici. L'arredamento è molto nuovo e curato. Le camere sono ampie e ben attrezzate. Anche il divano letto è sufficientemente comodo per 2 adolescenti. Negative: Come detto, la struttura è male organizzata in planimetria. Di fatto, dispone di 4 mezzi bagni: c'è un bagno nella camera da letto principale, ed uno nel corridoio a disposizione degli altri ospiti. Però nessuno di questi bagni, dotati di lavabo e doccia, dispone di un wc, che sono 2 ed allocati in 2 piccoli vani subito nell'ingresso (all'estremo opposto dell'appartamento rispetto al bagno comune). È un'organizzazione che non consente un uso completo e comodo dei servizi igienici. Una pecca è la posizione rispetto agli spazi esterni: il lato di ingresso non dispone di una illuminazione del cortile comune, pertanto, rientrando a tarda notte, si deve provvedere a farsi luce con i cellulari. Inoltre, le finestre delle camere affacciano su un cortile pieno di verde: seppure questo garantisca la privacy, e seppure la proprietà abbia provveduto ad apporre zanzariere, il timore di un accesso di insetti da tale giardino, impedisce di pensare di lasciare le finestre aperte se ci si deve allontanare per l'intera giornata. Di conseguenza l'ambiente sembra sempre scuro e con aria stantia, non potendo fare un lungo ricambio di aria.

Nice modern apartment - just perfect for a family Positive: Nice area, very quiet. Apartment was perfect for a family of 5 - with one on the pull out couch. A first floor apartment accessed from the private courtyard. Negative: It does not have too much natural light and no view from the windows. There are two toilet rooms separated from the bathrooms - so the closest sink to the toilet is the kitchen sink.
