Zona tranquila de París Positive: La situación cerca dos bocas de metro, la línea 9, te comunica con las zonas mas turísticas de París. Además, nosotros llegamos a Orly y desde el aeropuerto con la línea 14 de metro y si paras en el Gare de Lion coges el autobús 57 y te deja casi en la puerta del piso. Tienes en la calle tiendas, un supermercado casi debajo del piso, una panadería y restaurantes, algunos abiertos hasta las 2 de la madrugada. La habitación da a un parque, por lo tanto, no es ruidosa, el baño y el aseo están muy bien. Negative: Tiene que mejorar el aspecto del portal, la puerta de acceso al piso, más segura y que el edificio no tiene ascensor, algo que se tiene que tener en cuenta. El menaje de la cocina está bien, pero deben de ir reponiendo los vasos, son escasos para cuatro personas.

The bathroom is so huge and separated with toilet. Welcome drinks and chocolate and all detail instruction. Location is near franpix (3 steps), lidl and carrefoure (5mins walk), bakeries, metro ..... 25 mins to center by metro. 15mins by car to Orly airport. Bedroom is very clean, quiet and the bed is totally comfortable. Negative: Due to floors without elevator is one of minus for those with large suitcases. Yet, the owner notice you in advance. Since the house is at busy streets, so a bit noise for whose who sleep in sofa bed in living room.

It was spotlessly clean, and you could really tell that cleanliness is taken seriously. We were welcomed with fresh, great-smelling towels and bed linen, which made a huge difference after a long day of sightseeing. The location is perfect — only about 200 meters from Metro line 9, which allows easy access to places like the Eiffel Tower. Right next to the apartment there are great restaurants and grocery stores, a Lidl just 200 meters away, and wonderful bakeries offering fresh, delicious bread every day. The area felt clean, well-kept, and safe, making it an ideal place for both a short city break and a longer stay. Highly recommended.
