We would definitely come back again! Positive: We really enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent — close to the metro and bus stops, making it easy to get around the city. There is also a minimarket nearby, which is very convenient. The apartment is very clean and looks like it was recently renovated — it’s clear that it is well taken care of. We also appreciated the nice little touches from the host, such as tea, coffee, candies, and mineral water — a very thoughtful gesture. Negative: I’m giving this place 5 stars, but I’d still like to mention a couple of small details: there is no soap dish in the shower, so there’s nowhere to put the soap. Also, the apartment is located on the 5th floor without an elevator — it wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something elderly travelers or those with heavy luggage may want to consider.

Short vacation in Paris Positive: Quiet apartment.Easy to get around by metro. Shops and bakeries nearby. We didn’t feel unsafe on the street! Good beds and shower. The kitchen had everything you needed, even coffee. Stairs, I understand if you have a big suitcase with you, climbing to the fourth floor takes some strength, luckily we had small bags with us :). I recommend this place. Negative: Tee floors were poorly cleaned, socks were immediately dirty. The were no hand towels, the cleaner had forgotton?! The shower floor drain was blocked, the bathroom was about to flood! It would be good to have a hand towel holder in the toilet.

Positive: Perfekte Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Bett und Couch super bequem und wirklich genug Platz für 4 Personen. Absolut unschlagbarer Preis für Paris und ein super netter Service per Telefon. Metro nur wenige Meter von der Wohnungstür entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Positive: The host was very kindly and helpful, clean apartment, with cozy beds and everything what we needed, close to metro station. There are several shops, restaurants, boulangerie in the close area. There are 2 metro lines in 5 minutes walk distance (1 and 9), which can help you to visit the most important touristic attractions. We get some precious information from the host related to paid parking area, which help us park our rented car in safe. Negative: I will write here just for information, for us was not really an issue. Toward the evening, there are a few interesting-looking people around the area - on the other side, in front of a bar, at a street corner - who might make some people feel uncomfortable or even afraid. The apartment is on the 4th floor, with a spiral staircase, which can be unpleasant if you have larger luggage. I repeat: for us, none of these were a problem, and personally I didn’t have anything we didn’t like.
