clean place in a great location with friendly/family vibe Positive: the location is great - it’s near the metro, lots of coffee shops and restaurants around, people dining late which gives some kind of a friendly-family atmosphere. the apartment itself is clean Negative: the door lock is not what i used to - you can’t open the door without inserting the key. if you leave the key inside and close the door from outside, you won’t be able to open the door and you will have to calla locksmith which is very expensive. it is not possible to open the balcony from one of the bedrooms.

Amplio, cómodo y en un barrio parisino lleno de vida Positive: Me encantó este departamento. Cuenta con dos baños y dos habitaciones, además de una lavadora muy útil para viajes largos; incluso dispone de plancha. Todo estaba impecable a nuestra llegada y equipado con lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. El barrio es encantador y permite vivir un poco la vida local parisina, con cafés, panaderías y restaurantes cercanos que le dan un ambiente muy especial. Está además muy bien conectado, con estaciones de metro cercanas que facilitan desplazarse de manera eficiente por la ciudad. La atención de Warren fue espectacular, siempre atento a nuestros requerimientos. Sin duda, repetiría este alojamiento. Negative: Está ubicado en un quinto piso sin ascensor, lo que puede ser un poco exigente para adultos mayores o personas con movilidad reducida. Sin embargo, esto se informa claramente desde el inicio, y en nuestra experiencia, vale totalmente la pena por todo lo que ofrece el departamento.

Nicely furnished apartment Positive: Once you get up those stairs and into the apartment, everything is perfect. Separate bathrooms and shower Negative: Clearer explanation about the elevator and spiral stairs situation, but I had found out after I paid that there was no elevator and I had no choice so I made sure i only went out only when absolutely necessary, you must not have heavy luggage with you, which unfortunately was our case.
