concierge office turned into a 'studio' in paved courtyard next to a restaurant kitchen Positive: Perfectly situated next to the Opéra-Comique (where I was working), next door to the restaurant Aux Lyonnais, people @ Aux Lyonnais were extremely friendly & helpful. Next to rue de Richelieu/boulevard des Italiens, just a block away from la Bourse. Comfy shower stall (unusually big for Paris) in a small bathroom. Negative: This is a former concierge room @ the entrance of the building's paved courtyard turned into a tiny "studio". The set up includes a gigantic Murphy couch/bed that takes up the entire space so that one has to climb over the bed (scratchy metal edges) to use the kitchen corner or to get to the window. A smaller double bed would make much more sense. The window: Old & stuck. Took me about an hour to get it open, almost broke my fingers trying, and if it's open you can't close it completely. Bear in mind that the place is au rez-de-chaussée, on the ground floor in this building's courtyard. It's a pretty safe building, no one can enter without the entrance code, and nothing happened to my stuff when I was out, but still, not an ideal situation with an unsafe window where one could easily climb in. Also, the window looks directly towards the kitchen of the Aux Lyonnais restaurant, 3ft away. Smells amazing, I learned some things about cooking & sauces just by being there, and the cooks are very friendly and are playing nice reggae/hiphop, but: If you're in Paris for work (as I was) and have to make professional phone calls, forget it!🙉 It's like residing inside the kitchen of Aux Lyonnais (which for some people might be an interesting experience :) ). It's quiet only before 11.00am until 23.00pm and on Sundays. The agency who takes care of the apartment: Obviously they couldn't do anything about the defect window since the only way to deal with this would be to re-do the whole thing from scratch. Which would actually make sense if you want to rent this room as a so-called ‘studio apartment'. But what really shocked me, NEVER experienced this before as a frequent traveler, when the wifi died on day 3: I call the agency and there's this🇨🇵guy on the phone who's as obnoxious as they come, accuses me of "breaking the modem since I'm the one in the apartment, on est d'accord?".

Positive: Location was 10/10, clean apartment. Negative: You can’t open windows, or see outside. Apartment is too small. Felt like I am in one of those apartments in Parasite movie.

Super baza do zwiedzania Paryża dla pary, w kuchni wszystko czego potrzeba, czysto i bardzo dobrze zorganizowana przestr Positive: Super wyposażone - od kuchni do łazienki, świetna lokalizacja i bardzo czyste mieszkanie, zaskakująco duża i wygodna sofa do spania, wszystko czego potrzebujesz znajdziesz w tym mieszkaniu :) Można znaleźć komentarze o tym, że obok jest głośna kuchnia z sąsiedniej restauracji i zgadza się, jest ona dość blisko, jednak jeśli zaopatrzysz się w stopery/dobre zatyczki do uszów to śpi się bez najmniejszych problemów. Negative: Trafiliśmy na słabą pogodę, a przez nie do końca szczelne okno w łazience było dość trudno rozgrzać mieszkanie

Uma bela estadia em Paris! Positive: Alojamento confortável, suficiente para a nossa estadia e bem localizado.
