性价比低，同等价位酒店可以住得很好 Positive: 厨房的餐具比较新、有洗碗机和微博炉 Negative: 1. 两个卫生间的淋浴房防水没做好，一个密封条漏水，一个没有做干湿分离，楼下漏水。房东打电话叫我晚上不要洗澡了，因为地板漏水漏到楼下了。2. 热水器功率太低，我们已经烧到80度了，但是洗澡还没洗完，水就凉了。3. 卫生间有一股尿味，没搞干净卫生 4. 没有衣柜或衣帽架来挂衣服 5. 放东西的台面是个玻璃小桌面，摇摇晃晃的，物品也不够放 6. 整个房间面积太小，行李箱差点放不下 7. 窗帘不遮光，早上很早被太阳亮醒 8. 楼下小区大门口有一股很浓的尿骚味，好几天了也没人清理

Great Le Marais walk up Positive: The location was great. The host communication was excellent and timely. Great option for staying in Paris with children. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book with this host again. Excellent neighbourhood with great access to public transportation, shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to Centre Pompidou and Notre Dame. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. Pull-out coach was very easy to set up and comfortable. Negative: The rain shower head was partially plugged in the shower with the door. Apartment could use some hooks or places to hang things.
