IT WAS OK Positive: Position was ok, I needed it to be next to the expo for the wine fair and it was about 7min with the bike. The flat is nice. Temperature in the flat was perfect, event if it was on the street there wasn't too much noise, very quiet and safe area Negative: Definitely not a flat for 4, we were in 2 and with the sofa bed open there was not much space to go around the apartment. Ok for a couple. There are not mirrors except the toilet one which is not a full mirror. Also there's no socket in the toilet so if you have to dry your hair you will not be able to do it in front of a mirror. I've texted the hosts about this but there was no solution offered.

No recomendable. Positive: La ubicación es excelente..hay muchísimos cafés y bares parisinos, cerca de la torre Eiffel. Negative: Primero el apartamento esta literalmente en la calle, la entrada del piso es en la calle, con lo cual escuchas a todo quien pase por la acera, adicionalme sacan perros a orinar y cagar, asi que a diario tuvimos que esquivarlas, parece como si fuese un local comercialahora convertido en apartamento. El suelo estaba sucio a nuestra llegada, lleno de hormigas...mis hijos se han quedado en el sofacama y las sábanas tenían hormigas. El colchón de la cama fatal..era un colchón viejo, lleno de motas, sin protector, exageradamente blando en el que te hundes totalmente y hay una protuberancia en el centro en la que no puedes dormir, con lo cual solo es útillos extremos. El baño no se queda atrás, amplio pero la ducha llena de moho, no tiene puerta la ducha y el agua se sale completamente. Todo el apartamento tiene un olor a humedad, porque no se puede ventilar....la puerta de entrada es la ventana. La verdad totalmente desilusionada con este apartamento.

It was very good! Positive: The location was perfect to visit the main sights of Paris, the kids were happy with the welcome sweets and water. Facilities were good and host supportive when we could not locate the cutlery. Negative: We did not like the fact that the accommodation did not have windows but fortunately it was not too hot and there was a fan in the living room.

Appartement très propre et très bien équipé . Calme la nuit et à proximité de commerces et du métro Félix Faure . Le moins : pas d’ouverture dans la chambre pour aérer . Le plus : les petites attentions ( eau, café et friandises)
