Loved the location, the newness of the apartment, and the quick response from the management. Positive: Excellent location, an easy walk to some of the most famous Parisian sights, and right on top of an amazing choice of value for money restaurants. The premises is newly renovated and when complete it will be excellent. There's easy code and key access, plus we received quick responses from the management with our questions. The bed was comfortable and the apartment decor stylish. The air-conditioning kept us cool during our hot September stay. Negative: Even though there were workmen right there at the window, looking in as we looked out, inside the apartment still needs some finishing touches; there's no shelf in the shower to hold your soap or washcloth, the shower exhaust fan did not appear to work at all, the curtains do not quite cover the windows—important if one values privacy. There's no fridge, which at this price point I would expect. There's 69 steps to reach apartment #3 so get fit if you wish to stay here.
