Positive: Die Lage war top. Kontakt mit Gastgeber einwandfrei und freundlich. Negative: Das Appartement hat sicher schon bessere Zeiten erlebt.

Negative: Impossible de dormir à chaque entrée des voisins par la porte principal de l’immeuble vacarme assourdissant et ça tremblait dans la chambre tellement la porte de l’entrée claquait violemment

This was our first time in Paris and I was a bit nervous about this. It turned out to be a very smooth and comfy stay. The checkin instructions came a day before and we found everything we need to know on the kitchen counter after checkin. The little apartment is at a prime location where you can go to lots of places by walking. Some of the best restaurants are just across the corner and a night walk to Eiffel Tower is our after dinner activity everyday. There is a washing machine in the apartment and a surprising tower warmer which work great for my 10 year old who insisted to get his pants dirty everyday in so many ways. A really lovely stay in Paris. Thank you the Even Gestion team.

Positive: La ubicación era excelente. Zona muy tranquila y transportes cercanos. No me gustó que fuese una planta baja. En el anuncio nunca se especificó que fuera a nivel de calle y en las fotos tampoco dejaban que se apreciara. Tuvimos que estar constantemente con las cortillas corridas para poder tener intimidad. La limpieza era malísima. Acumilación de polvo de larga duración bajo las camas. La cocina tenía falta de arreglar en mobiliario. Alguna parte carecía de bajo de cocina, por lo que se veía claramente suciedad y restos de comida acumulados. Tuvimos un serio problema higiénico, llegada la primera noche salió un ratón de esta parte de la cocina. Fue bastante desagrable. Notificamos urgente a la empresa y al día siguiente solucionaron el problema. El apartamento está bien, pero debería mejorar el mantenimiento de instalaciones. El termo goteaba, la cocina deteriorada, el pulsador del sanitario averiado, mueble bajolavavo del baño deteriorado, la limpieza, horrorosa. Es una pena, porque la zona y decoración está muy bien, pero no se cuida.
