Agréable week-end dans un appartement confortable Positive: L’emplacement, le calme et les chambres très confortables et le fait d’être en rez-de-chaussée dans une cour. Negative: Peut-être un peu sombre la journée mais ça ne m’a pas dérangé puisque je n’y étais que le soir.

The beds were quite comfortable and the apartment was quiet.

We stayed in this rental apartment for a week. The location is very convenient, just across the street from a metro station, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Despite being close to all these amenities, the apartment is quiet as it is set back a bit from the street. It is spacious enough for a family of four and very clean, with lots of towels provided. Communication with the owner was very easy, and they gave us plenty of instructions and information in advance. They also allowed us to leave our luggages in the room before check-in, which was a huge help since we arrived at Paris in the morning. The only downsides are that there is almost no view from the rooms, as they are on the ground floor and face a small courtyard, and there is a washing machine but no dryer. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this apartment for its convenience and comfort.
