Positive: Le studio est parfaitement bien placé environ 25 minutes en métro ou bus de tout. Quartier avec de bons restaurants. Le studio est pourvu de 2 canapés lits dans la même pièce mais en famille cela ne gêne pas du tout. Au calme après une journée de tumultes parisiens vraiment appréciable. Descriptif conforme très propre et un grand merci pour kes petites attentions à notre arrivée. Negative: Peut-être la literie...

Piccolo ma completo e silenzioso Positive: Appartamento al piano terra con accesso diretto dalla corte interna del palazzo. Dotato di tutti i comfort (cucina completa, lavatrice, ...). Zona estremamente silenziosa, anche con la finestra spalancata non si sente assolutamente il traffico. A pochi passi dalla metro. Negative: Un po' piccola la camera/soggiorno: se si è in 4 e si aprono entrambi i letti, utilizzare il tavolo con le sedie risulta scomodo. Tutti i vicini del palazzo che abbiamo incontrato sono stati estremamente cortesi e disponibili, eccetto per la vicina di appartamento (con la finestra che da sulla stessa corte interna da cui si accede all'appartamento), che evidentemente detesta i turisti.

Worthwhile👌 Positive: The studio's location is really strategic. Getting around was easy both with the bus and metro; the metro station is a few minutes' walk to the studio. There are supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance, and a street market with fresh produce just by the metro station. It's a very good and quiet neighbourhood. We had no worries whatsoever.

Positive: Keuken met alles aanwezig. Douche perfect 👌 Goeie prijs-kwaliteit voor de lichtstad in hoogseizoen. Hosts goed bereikbaar indien nodig. Fijne locatie, rustig. Op wandelafstand van Pere Lachaise en de metrohalte Alexandre Dumas. Negative: Er zijn wat fundamentele mankementjes. Het raam kan niet meer helemaal toe. De afstandsbediening viel bijna uit elkaar. Het licht van de koer kon niet aan via de studio, enkel vanuit de algemene gang. Maar dat zijn kleine zaken die gemakkelijk hersteld kunnen worden. Voor de rest was alles perfect voor een weekend in Parijs!

Positive: Die Lage des Apartments, zwei U-Bahn Stationen in der Nähe. Negative: Die Betten waren in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und sehr laut. Im Innenhof standen keine Tische und Stühle, sondern nur Mülltonnen, kaputte Fahrräder und Müll. Das Dachfenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden, weil keine Batterien in der Fernbedienung waren. Bei Regen sammelte sich das Wasser im Innenhof und anstatt das zu beheben, wurden einfach nur zwei Bretter und ein Stein auf den Boden gelegt, auf die man treten sollte. Mit dem Auto kommt man nicht direkt bis zum Haus.
