Positive: Апартаменты расположены в удобном районе - рядом есть магазины, кафе, метро. До Эйфелевой башни идти пешком 25 минут. В квартире есть небольшая кухня и посуда для приготовления еды. Есть отопление и горячая вода. Двухспальная кровать большая и очень удобная. Negative: Очень маленькая по размерам и неудобная душевая кабина. Шланг для воды требует замены или ремонта - он протекал. В ванной комнате нет ни одной полочки, где можно было бы поставить туалетные принадлежности. Также, нам пришлось в первую ночь искать в квартире второй комплект постельного белья - он был внутри самого раздвижного дивана. Всё это доставило нам неудобства.

Genial para ver el centro de Paris paseando desde el apartamento. Positive: La ubicación es sin duda lo mejor. A media hora andando de Torre Eiffel, Grand Palais o Museo de Orsay, con varias tiendas de alimentación cercanas en la misma acera. La cama muy comoda, baño completo y se agradece que nos dejaran unas capsulas de cafe, azucar y un par de botellines de agua para el primer par de dias. Negative: El punto que le falta para llegar al 10 es que el sofa-cama es muy duro en donde se juntan las diferentes piezas. Y que el WIFI era muy debil por lo que la tv era imposible de ver y los smartphones se les cortaba la señal. Pero pasando el día entero fuera no nos importo mucho.

Positive: Location, size, cleanliness Negative: Wifi - very slow and unstable. The bathroom shower is too small (we are petite size). The electrical outlet is tied to the light switch so some of the outlets to work it need the light to be on. Also, some outlets were not working.

Positive: Location was good. Close to metro and walkable to interesting places, food and cafes. The hosts were prompt, sent us a couple of extra lights when asked for. Elevator was helpful. Negative: The room was a bit small and lacked enough comforters. Stairs are small, but perhaps that's normal in Paris.
