A big disappointment. Hygiene allert Positive: Location is brilliant. Beds are comfortable. Negative: The property is dirty, poorly maintained, and very different from the photos and description in the listing. There is mold and fungus in the showers. Mold on the window in one of bedrooms. A lot of dust everywhere. Door to shower in one of bathroom almost fell apart. A lot of furniture missing parts. The entrance is shady and dirty. The doors are fixed in the way that anyone can come inside without much effort. The flat owner is avoidant when it comes to direct answers. There is a washing machine but it also dirty and moldy. Smalls terribly. The place requires general renovation

Lovely clean apartment in a great location Positive: We travelled to Paris as a party of 7 and this apartment was perfect for us. It was located in a lovely area of the city, on a quiet street with cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The check in was seamless. The apartment was very clean, the beds were very comfortable with lovely white bed linen. There were lots of white fluffy towels and always plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. I had a difficulty operating the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and Warren responded to me quickly and got it sorted. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Paris and would love to stay in it again when we return to Paris in the future.

Super séjour Positive: La localisation, la propreté, la proximité des commerces de première nécessité. Negative: Équipement un peu léger s'il fallait y passer plusieurs jours (par ex: pas de passoire), mais rien de trop frustrant ;-)

Positive: le calme !!!... aucun bruit la nuit, un luxe sur Paris Negative: manque des sachets de thé (seulement dosettes café)
