Positive: Sehr angenehme, äusserst gut gelegene, grosse und schöne, aber auch authentische Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. 5 Min zur Metro, zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmärkte (unsere Empfehlung Intermarché) ganz nahe, ile de cité in Gehdistanz etc. Direkt unten im Haus eine Bäckerei/Konditorei für die täglichen Croissants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Negative: Der Mietpreis ist exorbitant, scheint jedoch hier üblich - am Ende war die Lage es wert. Einige Details in der Wohnung würden etwas mehr Wartung benötigen wie die Stühle auf dem (sehr kleinen Balkon) oder die Tapete im WC. Und natürlich ist es hier am Puls der Stadt ordentlich laut - auch nachts. Dennoch kommen wir gerne wieder.

Would stay there again and recommend to others. Positive: Good location as it was walking distance to most tourist spots. Some long walks. Enjoyed the property. Negative: it was noisy at night with sirens and people well into 4am. Quiet by 5am. Very busy coz it was a popular place. Noise didn’t bother me though. Dark stairwell, instructions on lights.

An excellent apartment all as advertised. Spacious, great location for local amenities and access to all that Paris has to offer! Great communication and easy access to building. Would definitely recommend for family stay! (Children 9,14&16)

Had everything we needed and super close to main metro stations plus pastry shop right outside door Positive: Great location. Comfy beds. Enough space for us all. Negative: Only thing I’d warn about is the shower part under the handle can burn you. Had to warn my little girls. Definitely a safety issue.
