Spotless apartment in the 20th district of Paris, great location, fresh linens, safe area. Positive: The apartment in the 20th district of Paris was an excellent choice. It was spotlessly clean, and you could really tell that cleanliness is taken seriously. We were welcomed with fresh, great-smelling towels and bed linen, which made a huge difference after a long day of sightseeing. The location is perfect — only about 200 meters from Metro line 9, which allows easy access to places like the Eiffel Tower. Right next to the apartment there are great restaurants and grocery stores, a Lidl just 200 meters away, and wonderful bakeries offering fresh, delicious bread every day. The area felt clean, well-kept, and safe, making it an ideal place for both a short city break and a longer stay. Highly recommended.

Positive: El piso está excelente, muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario. Horno, estufa, algunos platos, vasos, tazas y cucharas. Muchas gracias. Negative: Lo único que molesta un poco es el ruido que hace la escalera, si alguien llega tarde y son muchas personas se escucha mucho ruido.

Une semaine dans un appartement confortable et bien équipé Positive: Bien équipé, lit très confortable, belle douche. Épicerie et restaurants à proximité. Près du transport en commun. Negative: Un peu bruyant

I do RECOMMEND this apartment! Positive: We were there with our 2 year old toddler, they have a cot for a baby which was great! The apartment was very nice, internet working fast. The metro is literally 2 mins walk great connection to all places to visit. Shops and fast foods are very close to the apartment. Overall it was a very nice stay and I will come back to this apartment! Definitely, great price for that standard! Negative: The noise! the apparent have very thin walls, you could hear everything what’s happening next door or on the corridor. Outside of the apartment looks a bit dangerous due to the immigration selling cigarettes (they are everywhere and there’s so many of them).
