We liked the location and how the space was set up. Positive: We easily moved around the city and to Disneyland using public transit from this location. And there are restaurants and a grocery on the same block. We are a family of 6 able to eat and sleep comfortably in the space. And it was very clean, something I especially appreciate. We were provided early check in, which was greatly appreciated by us. We were also given clear instructions on arriving and getting in. And check out was very easy, making our morning leaving far less hectic. They are responsive when reaching out on whatsapp. Negative: The place needs a little TLC. We needed to clean the wardrobes and ask for hand towels. There was a small leak in the bathroom that appeared known (there was a bowl underneath) but we needed to report that the leak appeared bigger and that the dishwasher stopped working. They sent someone to check our concerns regarding the leak and dishwasher and bring extra towels, which we appreciated, and followed up with a plumber the same day.
