Apartment 1 Bedroom # Paris 14 # Alesia

Very disappointing. Positive: The location was good, safe neighborhood, about 10 to 15 minutes from the nearest Metro. Negative: The property, well it might once have been clean and well kept– is very rundown at this time. The walls and the floors are fairly dirty. The toilet room had a significant hole in the ceiling where there had been a leak, and not fixed. Part of the wall had bubbling from water leaks. The bathroom around the tub was filthy, with black mold evident in the grouting. The door handles to the toilet room and the bathroom were all very loose, literally jiggling around. It is listed as an apartment for four people, with a sofa bed. The sofa bed is a trundle – not level to one another – and the lower portion was very hard and uncomfortable. As others had posted, the stairwell coming up to the apartment smelled terrible up damp. It did not feel healthy entering the building- I would have to question mold in the walls.

Logement agréable, calme, confortable et cosy Positive: L’emplacement, le logement et ses équipements, le calme, la facilité d’accès. Les gifts guests sont un plus et appréciables. Negative: Le ménage n’était pas top : de la poussière partout, le sol du salon n’avait pas été lavé.

5eme étage sans ascenseur avec valise . .... au secours! Positive: Il manquait juste le grille pain qui m a été ramené rapidement et les petites attentions de chocolats, café, sont agréables Negative: Alors Dommage parce que j ai subi quelques desagréments comme l eau de la douche du voisin du dessus qui me tombait dessus dans les toilettes!!!!! Le plombier a été depéché de suite, il a travaillé toute la matinee en faisant du bruit alors que j étais presente, mais il a resolu le probleme.Ensuite, j ai demandé des rideaux et la tringle pour la chambre parce que les volets ne fermaient pas! Fais à 20h le soir! Achat d ampoule qui m a eté remboursé. Tres réactif.

Visita a Paris com os meus filhos Positive: Passei 4 dias de férias com os meus 2 filhos neste alojamento. O alojamento fica a 7min a pé da estação de metro mais próxima que nos leva ao centro de Paris. Adoramos o facto de existirem 3 boulangeries na rua, uma delas a 30 m com pão e pastelaria maravilhosa. Zona segura mesmo tendo chegado tarde. A voltar Negative: O alojamento fica no 5ºandar sem elevador, embora os anfitriões nos tivessem informado no momento da reserva. É para considerar quando se tem pouca mobilidade ou muitas bagagens

Buena relación calidad precio Positive: La zona bonita , familiar , la ubicación central Negative: El olor de los pasillos del edificio
