A charming and comfortable family apartment with thoughtful extras—perfect for exploring Paris! Positive: A cozy and welcoming two-bedroom apartment, perfect for our family of five. The kitchen was very well-equipped, with a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, oven, and more. We especially appreciated the efficient air conditioning and the large modern TVs in every room. The private garden was a great bonus and added a lovely sense of space, and the jacuzzi in the garden annex was a fun, unique touch. Small welcome treats from the hosts were a thoughtful surprise. The location was convenient, with a metro station and grocery stores nearby. Street parking was possible almost right in front of the apartment, though expensive during the daytime. There was also a good parking garage within walking distance. Negative: The apartment is at street level, and the front door opens directly onto the sidewalk, so we kept the street-facing shutters mostly closed for privacy. Some traffic noise could be heard inside, but since the street is a smaller one-way road with limited traffic, it wasn’t much of an issue. The bathroom layout was slightly unusual, having just one separate toilet and two open showers with sinks directly connected to the bedrooms, but it actually turned out to be quite practical for our family.

A little more love and the apartment will be an excellent choice for those that prefer to be out of the hustle of the ci Positive: The location was great for those that don’t want to be downtown and want to stay in a nice, safe neighborhood with lovely restaurants. The metro is very close to the apt. Negative: The freezer was frozen shut and we had to find the breaker to cut the power to it and let it (and the items we had in the fridge warm up. It was quite the inconvenience as we’d just gone shopping. There were coffee mugs, wine glasses and espresso glasses but weren’t drinking glasses/cups. The main breaker would cut out every once in a while. Twice while sitting with the family around the table. It happened more and more at the end of our stay, so we didn’t bother to report at the time as we would arrive late and leave early to adventure the city.

Skvělá lokalita a na standard Paříže čisté a poměrně prostorné ubytování, ale vstup přímo z ulice Positive: Skvělá lokalita a na poměry pařížských ubytování poměrně prostorné, pohodlné postele, vybavenost kuchyně dobrá na ranní kafe a snídani, pokud nechcete do blízkých kaváren. Opravdu pár kroků od ubytování skvělá pekárna, supermarket, řeznictví, lékarna. Ubytování je novější, oceňuji dvě koupelny a předzahrádka je asi za slunného počasí vítaným zpestřením. Byt má ručníky, čistá prostěradla, sprchový gel+šampon, mýdla, toaletní papír, fén. Kapsle na kafe, vody a sušenky na uvitánou oceňujeme. Negative: Apartmán je přímo na chodníku, neboli jeho vstup. Je to nebytový prostor předělaný na bytový. Musíte si stahovat dolů bezpečností roletu a v jedné ložnici prakticky neotevřete okno, protože jste opravdu přímo na chodníku, toto z fotek není patrné. Doporučila bych lepší bezpečnostní dveře, v bytě jsou sice skříně, ale najdete tam poměrně dost staré úklidové pomůcky a tenisky paní uklízečky, což asi nemusíte nutně vidět, když si chcete do skříně dát svoje oblečení....pozor, sice každá ložnice má umyvadlo a sprchový kout (ale nejedná se o separátní koupelnu, spolunocležniká budete budit, pokud si půjdete lehnout později a chcete si vyčistit zuby - což ale teoreticky můžete i na WC v umyvadle) a je tu pouze jeden záchod. Také uslyšíte intenzivně hluk z ulice a hlasy kolemjdoucích v jedné z ložnic.

Trouver un appartement comme ça, avec en plus un exterieur, dans le cœur du 15eme est très rare; L’appartement est doté d’une dépendance avec une très belle jacuzzi et tapis roulant L emplacement est super: à côté du métro vaugirard ligne 12, commerces, carrefour, restaurants.... Les instructions pour récupérer et rendre les chefs etaiét très claires et simples La clime et le chauffage fonctionnes parfaitement Petit attention à l’arrivée avec des bouteilles d'eau, des capsules de café et petits chocolats Très appréciée
