Perfect apartment Positive: Everything is perfect. For our vacation. Location nice apartmen. quiet neighborhood. Negative: Bathroom can be better. Mold around joints and walls can be cleaned and removed. The shower is clogged.

Positive: Good location. Walkable to many places in Paris. Negative: Pictures paint a much different picture than reality. They give the impression of a much larger space. Although the listing says it can accommodate 6, the reality is, with 5 adults, we were tripping over each other so to speak. This apartment met our needs- just barely. Also, although there was a small kitchen as described, the waste collection was sub standard to even contemplate any real cooking. The garbage can was very small, full with just a few items, and nowhere to dump garbage; the pile just got larger for 5 days. I couldn’t imagine actually cooking a meal there. On the positive side, the owners were accessible by What’s app and accommodating or need to store luggage in apartment before checkin time.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Doch sie sollte unbedingt besser gereinigt werden. Positive: Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Grösse der Wohnung ist sehr angenehm. Negative: Die Töpfe, Pfannen und die Tassen waren schmutzig. Darum haben wir diese auch nicht benutzt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr reduziert und für ein kochen nicht ausgerichtet. Es hat keine Gewürze usw. Auch der Fussboden war noch schmutzig und der Teppich schon sehr gebraucht. Im Badezimmer hat es hinter dem Waschbecken Schimmel. Die Heizung in einem Zimmer ist schräg und die im Wohnzimmer funktioniert nicht. Auch der Heizstrahler im anderen Schlafzimmer geht nicht immer, nur in der Nacht und dann ist zu warm und am Abend zu kalt. Die Lampen an der Decke im Wohnzimmer schalten nicht richtig ab und in den Schlafzimmern gibt es keine Nachttische um seine Sachen abzulegen.

Clean, quiet, well equipped apartment in an area close to metros, cafes and grocery stores. Positive: Nice apartment. The online photos are accurate. The beds were comfortable and it has a spacious living room/kitchen area. It had everything we needed for our one week stay. It was quiet since it’s off the main street. Having two metro lines close by made getting around the city easy. Having the elevator to bring luggage up and down was great.
