Positive: The apartment is in a very good position, the interior and the exterior of the building are really beautiful and very "Parisian". Arc de Triomphe is 10 minutes walking distance, the Champs-Élysées is 5 mins. Very clean and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds are really comfy. Very clear instructions for the location of the accommodation and how to get to the key - self check-in. We didn't use heating or cooling machines, so we can't tell you much about them. The kitchen is equipped well. The coffee machine is really nice and useful. Negative: Required deposit 500 EUR. A few more towels for a longer stay, we only got 2 each.

Perfekt für einen Kurzbesuch in Paris Positive: Die Lage der Wohnung ist für einen Paris-Besuch perfekt. Zwei Metrostationen sind nahe, darunter Arc de Triomphe. Direkt vor der Haustür sind jede Menge Restaurants, ein Supermarkt und Bäckereien. Die Wohnung liegt zum Innenhof und ist sehr ruhig. Man kann sogar bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Das Treppenhaus ist grandios, der Aufzug ok. Mit der letzten Treppe zu Fuß kann man gut leben. Negative: Die Möbel sind reif für einen Austausch, vor allen die Sitzgelegenheiten und der Clubtisch. Wir waren Ende August bei kühlem Wetter in Paris, bei Hitze ist unter dem Dach Vorsicht geboten. Das vorhandene mobile Klimagerät dürfte da schnell an seine Grenzen kommen.
