Positive: Overall the apartment is fine, but I doubt it’s good value for money. On the plus side: location was awesome and the size of the apartment is also not common by Parisian standards. The owners were very responsive. I’d also ignore the (no) elevator issue as that’s a given and we were fine with that. Negative: We weren’t fine however with many other annoying things: The bedroom next to the kitchen/living room had no door, which is an issue if you are an early or late sleeper (light/noise). The Kitchen has all necessary appliances and glasses/plates but to the contrary super spartan on the cooking equipment, which is a pity if you fantasize on buying food on the market and preparing your own diner. Many electric sockets simply don't work, make sure before you connect your phone for recharging. Same for spots on one of the bedrooms. Not the end of the world but again, annoying. What was beyond annoying are the showers: no hangers for towels, incontrollable shower heads and worse of all, 2 shower constantly spilling water all over the room because there’s no separation from the floor (same level, no door or curtain). And then there was the sewer smell coming from one shower and entering the bedroom (a sliding door 1 meter from the bed...). There was a lot written about that on previous reviews however it doesn’t look like anything has been done about it. Even if the root cause was beyond the owners’ control, they could have tried to improve shower sealing and place scent sticks or other fragrance tools to mitigate the smell.

Won’t be staying again Positive: Location Negative: The smell from the bathroom was so awful no one could stay in the main bedroom so we had two people on sofas. No hand towels. Dirty towels and beds when we arrived. Only one key.

Positive: The location. Negative: The price.

Positive: Amazing location in the center of Paris. Spacious apartment with three bedrooms! Negative: The stairs. There could be more space for wardrobe or shelves for things. There is no coffee or other minimal things such as sugar, etc provided in the kitchen.

Good space and location BUT poorly maintained. Positive: Spacious apartment with excellent location. Negative: One bathroom on the second floor has terrible sewage smell. We had no internet for a few days. Cleaning could be better: Lots of hair in beds; dishes and cups were a bit dirty. I had to do maintenance to the dryer as it hasn't been cleaned for a long time.
