Positive: Amazing location in the center of Paris. Spacious apartment with three bedrooms! Negative: The stairs. There could be more space for wardrobe or shelves for things. There is no coffee or other minimal things such as sugar, etc provided in the kitchen.

Good space and location BUT poorly maintained. Positive: Spacious apartment with excellent location. Negative: One bathroom on the second floor has terrible sewage smell. We had no internet for a few days. Cleaning could be better: Lots of hair in beds; dishes and cups were a bit dirty. I had to do maintenance to the dryer as it hasn't been cleaned for a long time.

Positive: L'espace , la déco, la situation géographique et la facilité d'accès, la disponibilité en cas de questions ! Un lieu vraiment agréable pour se reposer après la densité des journées parisiennes. J'ai également apprécié d'être prévenue avant mon séjour que l'appartement était situé au 4eme étage sans ascenseur Negative: L'appartement était propre à l'arrivée mais la lumière des toilettes de l'étage ne fonctionnait pas . Vaisselle suffisante mais seulement 3 verres à eau et absence de casseroles en dehors de la marmite ...des éléments qui pourront être solutionnés rapidement !

Fab location but facilities chockingly unfinished. Positive: Central location and roomy. Negative: Kitchen assembled by utter amateurs and nobody apparently could be bothered to check!!! Also horribly STENCH from a shower drain upstairs which made one room uninhabitable!!!

Appartamento al Marais qualità/ prezzo eccezionale! Positive: Appartamento grande e con spazi ben organizzati. Posizione ottima vicino a metro 11 3 e 8. Pulito e funzionale. Comunicazione con l'host puntuale e chiara Negative: Mancano appendini per gli asciugamani nei bagni, un bagno aveva forte odore di fogna, perciò non lo abbiamo utilizzato.L'appartamento è al quarto piano senza ascensore, come da descrizione, ma l'ultima rampa è stretta e ripida. In ogni caso piccoli intoppi, ma che non riducono il valore dell' appartamento.
