Near to different metro stations and Republique but remains a local neighbourhood Negative: However, I would like to point out one issue that affected our comfort. We were a group of five people, and having only one toilet was quite inconvenient. When searching for an apartment, having two bathrooms was a key criterion for us, and this is how we came across this listing. As there was no specific clarification regarding the number of toilets, we naturally assumed that there were two, which unfortunately was not the case. There is no elevator but this was mentioned so it was no problem.
