Positive: 3 Zimmer, Funktionell und nett eingerichtet Es war alles da was man brauchte Negative: Die Duschen entweder schwer einzustellen und das Wasser aus der Brause hat wir herum gespritzt und lief nicht gut ab. Der Teppich war wirklich nicht sauber.

Excellenet location - everything else is not optimal. Positive: Location was amazing Rooms were decent size and can hold 6 people The pressure in the shower we used was great We had hot water all throughout Air condition Negative: The appartment has 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The single toilet got clogged a few time and had a bad smell. One of the two showers was not convinient through many limescale. The beds were not comfertable. The pillow as well - and we could use a few more. The blinds were not black out so we had light on sunrise, and as the mechanism to operate them was broken - we could not bring them up to get some sun/fresh air on the day time. Cleaning level was OK. Was very pricy and does not worth it.

Positive: Overall, we were very satisfied with the apartment and enjoyed our time there. The location is great with lots of cafes and restaurants around. Near to different metro stations and Republique but remains a local neighbourhood Negative: However, I would like to point out one issue that affected our comfort. We were a group of five people, and having only one toilet was quite inconvenient. When searching for an apartment, having two bathrooms was a key criterion for us, and this is how we came across this listing. As there was no specific clarification regarding the number of toilets, we naturally assumed that there were two, which unfortunately was not the case. There is no elevator but this was mentioned so it was no problem.

Séjour parfait pour visiter Paris en famille. Positive: L’emplacement est parfois nous sommes proche de tout, il y a plein de restaurants à proximité. Negative: Seul point négatif, c’est qu’il y a je pense un centre aéré car nous entendions beaucoup de cris d’enfants dès le matin et pas le soir juste en dessous qui nous a empêché de faire la grasse matinée car les fenêtres ne couvrent pas le bruit.
