Our stay was wonderful. The property was spotless, well presented, and perfectly suited for our family. The location in Positive: The property was spotless on arrival and very well presented. It truly matches the description in the listing. The location is exceptional right in the 3rd arrondissement with phenomenal shops, patisseries, butchers, and more just around the corner. It was perfect and very comfortable for our family, and overall it’s a place that’s absolutely worth staying in. Negative: When we arrived, we noticed a few small issues, but we contacted the agents and they responded immediately. Everything was addressed straight away, which made our stay even better. Their quick action truly made a positive difference.

Negative: The apartment was great and perfectly prepared for guests. You have everything you need there. Easy to get and absolutely beautiful place to stay. Location is very nice.

Beautiful apartment, lacks maintenance and property management reply. Positive: A very well equipped kitchen, large space for Paris, good location, modern decor. Negative: The sofa bed downstairs is unacceptable. The very old, lumpy mattress It’s a bit disgusting and I had to put in on the floor as the mesh frame is awful. The second floor main bedroom AC unit did not work and the glass shower door was off the rail completely. The apartment is on the 4 th floor and it’s 82 steps up. It was not a problem for me…but it’s not mentioned at all on description. During the day it’s very loud as there’s a school on the other side of the courtyard and the school bells are ringing and the children are at recess. None of these items are awful, except the bed! However, I spent time sending messages to the owners and the management company several times and there was NO attempt made to fix anything! I wanted to give this place a 10…..but on a trip I like to get good sleep and shower. They really need to replace the bed! Please note: I contacted the owner for a reply and some accountability to avoid a negative review but it’s been 2 weeks now and no reply.
