Charming 2BR Grands Boulevards

Wenn das Wetter besser gewesen wäre, wären wir gerne länger geblieben 😉 Positive: Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr großzügig für 4 Personen und das in Paris. Zwei separate Badezimmer waren toll. Es ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet Negative: Praktisch keine Schränke für Kleidung, kaum Bügel, keine Garderobe… Zu dunkel: durch die Parterre zügig und kalt, wenn die Samtvorhänge nicht zugezogen waren.

Looking for an affordable place to lay your head, no bells no whistles! Positive: The price, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a kitchen area, decor Negative: The room was very small with no real windows. The doors and wall the doors were on are paper thin.There was also a small gap under the entrance door that was breezy and simply odd, mice, bugs anything could join us, we did not have that that we noticed but access was available. The 2 outside walls were makeshift and moved if pushed, it felt very unsafe and extremely breezy. We were there in January so it was cold. The heaters did work very well and quickly which was nice. Any and all courtyard activity was heard, which was a signifigant amount. There was a resident who worked evenings and came home and locked his bike to the post next to the wall of my bedroom so every evening at 2;00 It sounds like a break-in. There was a ironing board and no iron. Only 4 small square pillows 2 on each bed, with 4 people you each got 1 pillow,I requested additional pillows and blankets at the reservation, upon arrival i noticed the pillow situation and requested more for a 2nd time and response was we do not provide additional pillows or blankets. The floor was freezing bc it was tile, they could of used a nice warm rug in the living room to keep the feet warm. The mattresses were comfy, however old, pilly and dirty. The sheet on the mattress was a flat sheet and after a few days it shifted, the mattress was exposed & I wish I did not see that. There was not a full length mirror, so hard to get a look at the daily outfits and overall it was very dark inside, bathroom lighting was tough to get ready. We didn't use the kitchen aside from the fridge. They had a coffee, tea maker and toaster but no welcome coffee pods, unlike all the other properties we visited on our travels. They did offer a candy dish and 3 mini Pierre's as well as 3 flat waters, we were a party of 4. Over all I would say it was it was dissappointing, the photos are deceiving.

Perfecto Positive: El apartamento estaba muy limpio, tal cual las imágenes. Salón-cocina, dos habitaciones y dos baños. Muy cómodo para cuatro personas. Tienes dos estaciones de metro muy cercanas con lo cual visitar paris es muy cómodo. El anfitrión fue encantador nos dejó hasta bombones en el apartamento. Y la comunicación con el anfitrión muy buena y constante. Fuimos en coche y nos ayudaron a conseguir parking cercano. Negative: Quizá si tiene que mejorar algo son los armarios, hay poco espacio para guardar la ropa.

Positive: Very nice, clean, stylish and well organised place! It’s the 1st floor - so no struggle with the luggage
