Positive: Tolle Lage, Restaurants, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt vor der Tür
Negative: war bis spät nachts sehr laut und hell in der Wohnung aufgrund der Gastronomie vor der Tür und keine Möglichkeit der Verdunkelung in Schlafzimmern
