Positive: És un apartament molt còmode i completament equipat. Perfecte per dos famílies. Molt ben situat en un barri tranquil i amb molts restaurants i botigues. Negative: El sofà llit no era còmode per un adult però si per nens.

Positive: Très propre avec beaucoup d’équipement. L’emplacement est excellent avec un accès facile au métro et aux services. Plusieurs excellentes boulangeries dans le coin.

Exactly as advertised Positive: The apartment is in a nice, more residential part of Paris, so there are lots of bars, grocery stores, and patisseries. The owners are very communicative and hospitable. The apartment was clean and as advertised. We were 4 adults and 3 children (13, 13, 9), and the apartment was the right size. Negative: Some of the neighbors are a little loud at night. Not talking or shouting, but closing doors loudly. It was 100F, so we had to sleep with the windows open, and so every sound woke me up. That being said, there is hardly any A/C in Paris, so you'll have this anywhere you go.

It was good. Positive: 3 bedrooms. Kitchen sitting area. The welcome coffee and water. Quiet and private. Close to Canal St. Martin, stores, patisserie, restaurants. Easy transportation options. Negative: The key lock to apt. needs to be replaced. VERY difficult and frustrating to lock and unlock door. There were no lights at night when entering the courtyard, I had to use my phone flashlight. The light by our apt was flickering like a strobe light. The courtyard could be spruced up. The dead planter trees and ambiance was not nice. Sheets on beds constantly coming off and would have loved a top sheet not just a quilt as it was very hot (90s) while we were there. Comfortable beds and furniture with enough dining seating for 8, lots of dishes and equipment in the kitchen. Metro #5 is just a block away with a fresh produce market, cheese monger, wine shop, cafes and restaurants just doors away. The flat was due for a deep cleaning especially the floors. This was communicated to the host and our feedback was positively received. The flat was a fabulous home base for our Paris adventures, the building was quiet and secure. The neighborhood felt safe. Make sure to bring your own hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. The only drawback was that these items were not provided and we felt that at the nightly rate we paid, these essential items should have been provided and would have made our stay fantastic instead of satisfactory.
