I do RECOMMEND this apartment! Positive: We were there with our 2 year old toddler, they have a cot for a baby which was great! The apartment was very nice, internet working fast. The metro is literally 2 mins walk great connection to all places to visit. Shops and fast foods are very close to the apartment. Overall it was a very nice stay and I will come back to this apartment! Definitely, great price for that standard! Negative: The noise! the apparent have very thin walls, you could hear everything what’s happening next door or on the corridor. Outside of the apartment looks a bit dangerous due to the immigration selling cigarettes (they are everywhere and there’s so many of them).

Positive: La casa aveva tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno, pulita e vicino alla metro.

Positive: Apartamento muito aconchegante, próximo a estações, mercados e padarias. Extremamente limpo e os responsáveis muito atenciosos e solícitos.

Un bell'appartamento a 40 minuti dal centro Positive: The apartment is just few steps from the metro station, on a street full of Algerian butchers that also offer take-away (roast chicken, potatoes, rice... we tried it, everything was excellent and reasonably priced). Near the metro station, there are also two excellent boulangerie where you can buy bread and pastries for breakfast and several supermarket (but we didn't like all). The apartment was spotless, with Nespresso coffee pods and plenty of towels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and the tv are smart-tv. We really liked it. Negative: If I had to be picky, I would add coat hangers at the entrance, a soap dish in the bathroom, and air conditioning (but it wasn't necessary during my stay). I was not able to find informations about separate waste (if there are).

Άριστο Positive: Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα στο μετρό porte de montreuil. Δίπλα σε εστιατόρια (numidia, yotaro sushi), μίνι μαρκετ, φούρνο. Καθαρό, άνετο, ευρύχωρο, ωραία επιπλωμενο Negative: Λίγο θόρυβο όταν κατεβαίνουν οι ένοικοι λόγω της ξύλινης σκάλας, Η περιοχή διαφέρει από το κέντρο του Παρισιού αλλά σε εμάς δεν ήταν πρόβλημα αυτό.
