Fabulos Positive: Apartamentul este spațios, curat, modern situat la primul etaj. Se pretează pt 4 persoane. Bucătăria este bine utilata cu tot ce este necesar. Are expresor de cafea + capsule și zahăr. Canapeaua extensibilă este comodă. Are 2 Tv-uri. Este situat în partea opusă Turnului Eiffel dar intre 2 guri de metrou la 200 m pe strada principală (rue d'Avron)pe care e situat imobilul. Legături foarte bune cu metroul sau autobuzul.Chiar lângă ap. este un restaurant ( Numidia ) cu specific algerian. Se mănâncă bine la preturi corecte. În zonă sunt marketuri ( Auchan, Lidl ), multe brutării-patiserii, și magazine diverse. Ușor accesibil pe jos ( 5 min.) de la stația Montreuill. Foarte bună comunicarea cu proprietarii. Recomand cu încredere. Negative: Nu am ce reproșa.

Nice Apartment Positive: It is near to the metro station, well connected and also there are some restaurant, stores near , even some bar are around. The place is nice and the host were so nice. Negative: In the night there are some people outside smoking and drinking but i had no problems with them.

Très bien près de l’hôpital Positive: L’appartement est sympathique, moderne et confortable Les toilettes indépendantes L’emplacement face a l’hôpital la croix saint-Simon, juste la rue à traverser Les petits chocolats d’accueil 😀 Negative: Ce jour là, la Clim manquait cruellement Le quartier pas vraiment cool

Positive: Convenience, easy to find, modern, generally really nice. Negative: Not very comfortable for a family, table took up lots of space, shower overflown after 1/2 minutes of use, & feature pillows were heavily stained.

Positive: Acomodaçoès nota 10. Recomendo
