Highly recommend! Positive: The apartment was clean, very good size, close to the metro station and it has many shops around the area. David and Warren very helpful and always texted me back quickly with whatever I needed. It was exactly what we needed as a family to explore Paris and visit Disneyland as the commute is very easy from there. I highly recommend it! Negative: All good!

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung für Urlaub in Paris Positive: Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock eines Hauses, in der nur Wohnungen an Touristen vermietet werden. Die Lage war wie erwartet am Rand von Paris in einer belebten Straße mit kleinen, größtenteils nordafrikanischen Geschäften und Restaurants. Supermärkte und Bäcker gibt es in der Nähe. Zwei Métrostationen sind ganz nah, aber auch die Station Nation ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen (da spart man sich das unterirdische Umsteigen mit den vielen Treppen). Uns hat die Gegend gefallen, aber es ist eben nicht das schicke Paris. Deswegen aber auch preisgünstiger. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Ein großes Zimmer mit Küche und Schlafsofa zur Straße hin, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett nach hinten raus. Vorne hört man auch bei geschlossenem Fenster den Autoverkehr, hinten sind Leute im eigentlich geschlossenen Park, deren Stimmen laut zu hören sind. Das ist aber ja nur bei warmen Temperaturen so. Das Bad war schön. Die Küche gut eingerichtet, so dass wir ohne Probleme kochen konnten. Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Negative: Die Wohnung war so wie erwartet. Einrichtung und Gegend sind wie beschrieben.

Estancia aceptable, pero con inconvenientes Negative: La experiencia en el alojamiento no fue del todo satisfactoria. En primer lugar, el apartamento no contaba con lavadora, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo para estancias de varios días. Además, hacía muchísimo calor dentro, y los dos ventiladores disponibles no eran suficientes para refrescar el ambiente, especialmente durante la noche. Otro punto importante a considerar es que el apartamento se encuentra en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, algo que puede ser un problema para personas con movilidad reducida o con equipaje pesado. También me preocupó la seguridad de la zona: desde la ventana de la habitación se podía ver actividad relacionada con el tráfico de drogas justo en la entrada del parque cercano, lo que generó una sensación constante de inseguridad.

Positive: Very nice apartment, very clean. Great location, 5 minutes from subway, bus and grocery store. Surrounded by restaurants with delicious food. 1 minute to park with playground. Great contact with the hosts, very helpful. Highly recommend!
