Positive: everything. Negative: walk up stairs.

Perfect. Positive: Great location, very spacious, very clean, very comfortable. Exactly what you see in the pictures. Highly recommend. Check in very easy and the fact that is fourth floor does not matter at all, Negative: A rack for the dishes and support to hang clothes for drying would be very useful.

Negative: More and more convenient storage for clothes. More hanging hooks or bars for towels. Doors instead of curtains in the showers. The water flows out if you're not careful.
