We were big group with kids and enjoyed the stay Positive: Great location , connected with all Paris attractions, clean apartment with all needed equipment

Positive: Great location and nice spacious apartment. Overall the place has a nice look. And the AC was working well, which is a must-have for us. The key box worked well and was also handy to use during our stay with 3 colleagues. Negative: Could use a bit of maintenance because the kitchen has a loose faucet and some things are worn out. Also we had a cigarette-burn hole in one of the bed sheets and there was a towel with stains.

Perfect. Positive: Great location, very spacious, very clean, very comfortable. Exactly what you see in the pictures. Highly recommend. Check in very easy and the fact that is fourth floor does not matter at all, Negative: A rack for the dishes and support to hang clothes for drying would be very useful.
