Positive: die Lage war gut… Negative: Man kann vom Gehweg direkt ins Zimmer sehen und es gibt keine Gardine…die Treppe in das Kellerzimmer ist eng…das WC im Keller hat eine Hebeanlage, die auch pumpt, wenn wenig Flüssigkeit dazu kommt…das Geräusch stört dann alle…das wars aber auch, ansonsten hat die Kommunikation gut geklappt und die Gegend ist auch ok…

Positive: Bel quartiere, a circa un quarto d'ora a piedi dall'Arc de Triomphe. Due linee di metro molto vicine; nei dintorni ci sono diversi supermercati, panetterie, e bistrot. Semplicissima la comunicazione con la proprietà, così come anche il ritiro e il reso delle chiavi, anche in orari inusuali (noi siamo ripartiti di notte). Pulitissimo. Accoglienza ben oltre le aspettative, con kit cortesia da albergo (ciabattine, sapone, docciashampoo) pur essendo semplicemente in appartamento. Due camere, ambedue con letto e tv, due bagni. Una delle due camere è seminterrata. Negative: Unica pecca - se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto in un appartamento assolutamente da consigliare - è che si trova al piano strada, quindi è impossibile aprire completamente la finestra o le persiane (ma l'apertura a vasistas aiuta)

Agradable y tranquila. La casa es muy bonita y cuidada Positive: Las camas son muy cómodas y el piso está muy limpio.

The 2nd "room" is the basement and the stairs are a narrow spiral staircase. The host told us about it but stairs were much marrower than expected. Also, the upstairs bathroom didnt drain well so we out a cap to hold the drain up and had to kill one spider and one cockroach. Upon arrival there were some ants by the kitchen wall.
