Overall, we enjoyed our stay which gave us a feel of local Paris.
Positive: The location is great, with lots of independent boutiques and eateries in the area. The walk to metro is only 7-10 minutes. The property meets its name - a typical Parisian flat :) It is fairly spacious, and the lively neighbourhood makes you feel safe even when staying out late.
Negative: No elevator, so you need to take the luggage up three flights of stairs (not too bad if you pack light or have the strength). Bathroom is a bit small. No airconditioning which may be tough for steamy summer days.
