Great place, recommended! Positive: Great location in Le Marais, close to 3 metro stations. Clean and cosy place. Self check in at any time. Responsive hosts. Negative: No place to store languages post check out (we used “nannybag” for that). No elevator to second floor

NIGHTMARE! Positive: It was close to the metro and there were cafes and restaurants near Negative: Behind property is a school. The kids and bells are extremely audible during the day. You can hear the room above walking on the ceiling and guests from other rooms talking. No lifts and 4 flights of stairs to room. Bathroom is tiny. Shower dangerous. water goes from boiling hot to freezing cold. Poor water pressure. Little insects coming out of the floor and tiles crawling around. No essentials like kitchen staples, hand soap or washing detergent. When I asked for it the owner Warren firstly promised to bring it. 3 days later still didn’t arrive then he ignored my messages. Finally he replied sarcastically “he doesn’t provide it and the all supermarkets sell it” Only dim lamp lighting in bedroom no main light on ceiling. No air con in bedroom extremely stuffy. Door handle for main door broken ready to fall off- I was advised “don’t worry about it, call me if it falls off and you get locked in” Total NIGHTMARE would NEVER stay here again Waste of money and an extremely stressful stay and experience.

Felt like a local Positive: We loved the location and felt like locals. There were cafes, brasseries and shops at every turn and it was very close to multiple Metro stations. The apartment was modern, the kitchen had lovely kitchenware (although no dishwasher) and the bed was comfortable. The owners’ communication was great. Negative: When the sofabed was open, there was no space left in the living area and the bathroom was quite small.

Positive: המיקום פשוט מושלם!!! אפשר להגיע ברגל, (מי שאוהב ללכת) להמון מקומות , ואפשר במטרו- יש 3 תחנות מטרו קרובות מאוד לדירה עם קוים רבים לכל הכיוונים. במרחק קצר סופרים גדולים עם מבחר ענק- מונופריקס וכו. מסעדות וברים רבים בסביבה מכל סוג - גורמה ועממי יותר. פארק קרוב לדירה עם שולחנות פינג פונג. בדירה היו מלח, פלפל, קפסולות קפה וקצת שוקולדים, וכן נייר טואלט וסבון נוזלי- שמאוד נעים שיש זמין מיד בהגעה לדירה מהטיסה. המטבח מאובזר באופן מלא בכל הכלים והסכום ואפשר לעשות ארוחות. Negative: הדירה מתאימה מצויין לזוג. כי היא קטנה יחסית. זה בכלל לא מתאים ל4 אנשים כמו שפורסם. המקלחת שהיא יחד עם השירותים קטנה וצפופה. בנוסף זרם המיים בדוש הוא לא מספיק חזק. וקצת קשה לכוון טמפרטורת המיים בדוש (יוצא או מאוד חם או כבר קר). שינה בספה הנפתחת בסלון לא כל כך נוחה, כי המזרון דק. (אבל אם מתארחים רק זוג, אז זה לא רלוונטי, כי לשבת על הספה נוח, וישנים בחדר שינה ושם מיטה נוחה).
