I would not stay again due to the strong odor and only one toilet for a three bedroom apartment Positive: The location was convenient Negative: The bedroom off the living room area smelled similar to cat urine along with the dirty and stained rug. Someone is feeding the pigeon in one of the windows Unit needs hand towels for the bathroom along with kitchen towels Please add a transition to the bedroom bathroom doorway, we placed a pair of flip flops in front of the doorway so we wouldn’t hit our toes - again on the raised tile

Very lovely flat Positive: The flat was in a good location and had three double bedrooms. The decor was nice and modern Negative: Temperature control on one of the showers was broken and the water was very hot. There was only one couch in the property and this meant that when six adults were together 4 of them were sitting on dinner table chairs.

Positive: Property is good size with comfy beds and plenty of towels Negative: The noise level Constant stomping upstairs, woman’s loud voice talking in the middle of the night every night, doors are slamming Primary school just behind the wall and screaming in the morning or when the kids are on breaks gets into your ears Would be great if the windows are better insulated from the noise

Negative: We found communication with the apartment owners a bit frustrating, as our questions and observations - once there - were either not addressed proactively or simply went unanswered. We knew already that the apartment is located on the 2. floor, and do not normally have any problem with stairs even though one of us is physically disabled as long as there is a stair railing, which we asked specifically about. However, the railing only started after six steps!, which made it quite difficult. There are two bathrooms, but only ONE toilet. It is located in the bathroom with the most accessible shower. The window in that bathroom had no frosted glass nor curtain which gave the opposite apartment almost a full view! It has no hooks for hanging towels. The other bathroom which is nice had as mentioned no toilet and such a small shower cabin that a grown up person would have difficulty using it. So in reality, only one toilet and one shower. We could not raise the curtains as the strings were missing in almost every one. We mentioned that several times, and were asked to send a video of it. We doubt that it would have shown much. Two of the beds are approx 1,40 and one king-size. We were only three, so it was no problem for us. The common area is nice, but the table and chairs are quite unstable. The kitchen sink is in a corner, which makes it a challenge to do the dishes, clean vegetables, etc. In one bedroom there are no shelves, hooks or other to put your clothes. The apartment is located in a nice area and is very quiet by night. With adjustments it has the potential of being a very nice. Too high a price compared to the facilities.

Most wonderful apartment in a fantastic location with so many restaurants and shops near by. Positive: Well appointed apartment that fit our needs perfectly!! Beds were comfortable with nice quality linens. Large luxurious bath towels and double sinks in one bathroom. The location was fabulous. Perfect for our ladies trip. David and Warren were prompt to answer any questions I had. Easy access upon arrival. They provided a wonderful guide to Paris as well as everything we would need to know about the apartment.
